  • This workshop is for the new rider who is starting their MTB journey! You will learn the foundational skills that build confidence and send you into the trails not only enjoying your ride but looking for more!

Skills Included: Rider ready position (Attack Position), Bike Body Separation, Braking, Shifting, Safe Dismounting, Ascending, Descending, Cornering and Speed Control.
  • This workshop is for those who have been MTBing, but are struggling with confidence. Riders in this group will learn how to improve some of the more challenging skill sets such as the are art of riding berms. Riders will also begin to learn the art of 'picking a line' via discussions, walk thrus and riding!

Including: Review your basic skills, perfect those skills to build confidence, increase the challenge in the trails, line choice, cornering, improved ascending / descending skills, and finish with a group decision! AKA how challenging are you willing to go!
  • It is time to get both tires off the ground, but no worries we will actually start with the tires on the ground and build our way up to the new Jump Line trail at Boyne Forrest Trail System. Then we will do the same with Drops, starting on the ground before adding equipment and particle application drops in the trails.

This workshop is for the rider who is ready to start the fun and exhilaration of a Free Ride / Jump line. Once you understand it, the smile will never leave you face.
  • Yes, you are ready. Lets take all those previous skills you have learned and apply them to those technical downhills and uphills. This course will put much focus on ‘line choice”, rider ready (attack position), and mental commitment! In conjunction with this, you will will be pre-riding all the trails that will be used in the Enduro the following weekend.

Who is this for: the person who is looking to learn technical riding while building confidence and for the rider who is considering participating in the May 20th Enduro (or any future Enduro event). Note: you do not have to be committed to a enduro event to join this group!
